This Clarke EX40 16ST self-contained extractor is just another example of Clarke’s long standing tradition of continued development and improvement of their cleaning equipment. This particular unit has a 16″ head that will spray solution down, scrub your carpeting, and then recover that dirty solution. This all happens seamlessly as you pull the machine behind you while walking over the carpeted area to be cleaned.

Some of the many improvements over the previous model are a larger solution tank (9 vs 7 gallons), a larger recovery tank (7 vs 5 gallons), a more powerful pump (120 vs 60 PSI), a stronger vac motor (120 vs 117″ of water lift), and a machine that weighs less overall (102 vs 118 lbs.).
