CleanFreak ‘Film Off’ is a floor film neutralizer and a cleaner.It can be used upon completion of a , or even a rinse/cleaning of your hard floor surface. Simply mix 1 to 3 ounces of ‘Film Off’ per gallon of water. Make sure to use a new, or thoroughly cleaned . Simply rinse your floor with a mop on application, or by using anand following our . Allow the floor to dry completely, then apply youras you normally would. This help extends the life of the finish, improves appearance, and extends the time between recoating.
The white alkaline film left on floors after stripping, or after using ice-melting compounds, can prevent floor seals and finishes from adhering properly. Ice-melting compounds can also dull and damage the floor finish. ‘Film Off’ can restore colors and neutralize the floor surface to ensure maximum performance from your floor finish. To neutralize ice melt residue, dilute 3 ounces per gallon of water and mop the floor with a clean mop, change water frequently.
‘Film Off’ can also be used as a carpet rinse with ato remove that graying effect that can occur after carpet cleaning. The carpet can be left in an alkaline condition when using a powerful cleaning agent and will need to be neutralized, much like a floor, to achieve a truly natural state. Directions
As a Floor Stripping Neutralizer:
- Upon completion of stripping a floor, mix 3 oz. per gallon of water in a clean container.
- Rinse your floor as you normal wood with a mop & bucket, or an auto scrubber.
- Change your water frequently if using a mop & bucket.
- Allow the floor to dry completely.
- Apply your floor finish as recommended.
As a Floor Film Cleaner / Remover:
- Mix 1 – 2 oz. per gallon of water in a clean container.
- Rinse your floor as you normal wood with a mop & bucket, or an auto scrubber.
- Change your water frequently if using a mop & bucket.
- Allow the floor to dry completely before allowing traffic.
As a Carpet Rinse:
- Mix 1 – 2 oz. per gallon of water in a clean container.
Natural Stone Cleaning (Marble, Granite, etc.):
- Mix 1 – 2 oz. per gallon of water in a clean container.
- Do not use undiluted on natural floors.
