The head holds dual 12″ pad drivers to produce the 24″ cleaning path while spinning at an industry leading 360 rpms. Add into the mix 60/90 lbs. of down pressure and you have a machine that will leave your floors spotless. The “XM” in the model number, S-24XM, stands for “extreme maneuverability” thanks to the smaller frame, 24″ cleaning path and how it handles in tight spaces and aisles. For this reason, this auto scrubber is perfect for medium sized facilities with narrow-to-medium width hallways and Small-to-medium rooms.
