This Pioneer Eclipse decorative floors polishing and restoration system is more cost-effective and simpler than any other process in the industry. It can be summed up into 4 segments; repair, polish, protect, and maintain. These PowerPolish discs are used in the restoration process of concrete, terrazzo, marble, quarry tile, and natural stone floors. The 3″ discs come as a package with 6 discs per kit of each individual grit. There are different grits available, depending on how much of a shine you’re looking for, but you do need to need buy each individual grit in kits of 6.

These PowerPolish discs can be attached to most grinding and polishing machines and can be used in both wet and dry applications. You will need to purchase the compatible disc driver, like the , to use with these discs and a floor machine. Simply attach the pad driver to your machine and then attach the diamond discs to the pad driver. No tools are needed, as the discs attach using a hook and loop mechanism. The smaller 17″ driver only uses 5 discs, so we throw in an extra one just in case one becomes damaged or breaks during use. Theis a great machine to use with the 17″ driver and discs.

The discs are clearly labeled to prevent error and the order of steps is as follows: Repair, Prep, Polish 1, Polish 2, Polish 3, and Polish 4. The Repair discs are 100 grit and are designed to repair scratches, stains, and wear patterns. You should start with this disc if your floors show major signs of wear. The Prep discs are 200 grit and prepare your floor for polishing. You should start with this step if your floor appears dull and has minor scratches and staining. The Polish 1 discs are 400 grit and will polish your floors to a flat, matte finish.

After the initial 3 steps, there are 3 additional polishing disc steps, to allow you to choose your desired level of gloss. The Polish 2 discs are 800 grit and will polish your floors to a semi-gloss finish. The Polish 3 discs are 1800 grit and will polish your floors to a high gloss finish. The Polish 4 discs are 3000 grit and will polish your floors to an ultra-high gloss finish.

The protection and maintenance steps are accomplished with the compatible Pioneer Eclipse chemicals that are specifically formulated for this system. Pioneer Eclipsewill provide protection to your floors after spending time and money on the restoration and polishing of the floor. The last segment of the system is to maintain, andwill be a great option for the proper cleaning and maintenance of your floors extending the life of the polish you have created.

• 12 discs on 34″ propane powered concrete grinding & polishing machines w/ special driver

Directions

1. Install HydraShine pad driver with PowerPolish discs to your machine.
2. Make multiple passes (2 – 4) slightly overlapping each previous pass. Alternate the direction of each pass to create a crosshatch pattern.
3. Pick up any solution or debris using an auto scrubber or mop.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 with each consecutive disc until the desired gloss is achieved.
